Accompanied Visits Service
Price: 300 Euro
Steps to take:
- You indicate the kind of house you are looking for and the maximum price you want to pay for it.
- We search for the houses for you in the real estate agencies of Valencia, specialized magazines, internet, local press, etc. and we send you an email with the details of the houses found: photographs, description, district, interior partition, etc.
- You indicate which houses you are interested in and the date you wish to visit them. (if we do not receive your answer, it means that you are not interested).
- Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you an account number to transfer the amount of 30 Euro.
- After we receive your payment, we contact the owners or real estate agencies you have chosen and we make an arrangement to visit the houses together.
- You do not need to know the Spanish language (we speak Spanish, English, French, German and Dutch) nor the city nor search for a taxi: we will take you at the airport or in your hotel and after visiting the houses we bring you back to the airport or to your hotel.
- Once we have visited the planned houses together, you pay us the outstanding amount of 270 Euro.
Note: the quantity of houses which we will plan to visit, depends on the characteristics given by you and the maximum price you want to pay.
